Faisal has been very helpful with getting my Mercedes C43 AMG. He's been very responsive from the beginning to the end. He made sure my car was mint when I picked it up. He knew that I drove for three hours to pick up the car and respected my time and I was out the dealership in a reasonable time. I'm glad I did business with him and will do again in the future.
It atmosphere was positive the vibe was good they was quick and precise got the deal done for me just as I asked the three or four people that I dealt with they had positive attitudes they spoke clear there was respectful and they got the deal done which made me a happy customer

Sales guy Faisal was great the main guy told me to use electrical tape to put the panel of my back door togetger😬 i had just purchased the a car, did not notice that the door couldn't open because of the panel i let them know the next day.I went back to the dealer couple of days after and they didn't fix it for me is that how they do things at SUTTON?

Sutton Ford sold me a New vehicle with a known issue and did not disclose the issue to me at the time of purchase. I had to return to the dealership a week after purchasing to address the issue, when they acted as if this was a surprise to them.

Dealers really try hard to give customers a deal. They are limited on what they can truly do due to managers and financing controlling things behind the scene. I had a good experience due to my dealer going above and beyond for me.
Review Edit: I purchased a vehicle from Sutton Ford on 7/28/2025 (For Blue Advantage Certified 2018 Ford Expedition Limited, Mileage: 60,234).
The check engine light was on when we got the vehicle home after purchase. Combining the time where we could drive the vehicle under warranty (20+ days held in Sutton Ford's possession, mentioned a bad o2 sense and vehicle went to non-Ford shop) a breach of Fords Blue Advantage warranty.

The experience was great but I have one issue and that's I didn't test drive the white blazer that is still on the lot. Iwas told it was sold in July but I saw it 10/6 yesterday.
